Another major milestone for the RAVolt: the electronic systems are working again. Alex was able to reconnect the wiring harness and today we plugged in the battery with great results. When I turn the key I get all the normal functions: head/turn lights, brake lights, seat belt, door ajar, fan, reverse lights, windshield wipers, and even the radio (KUT). Still working on one thing: the “check engine” light is on.
With some luck, the tachometer & speedometer are working too. I’ll need the speedometer to pass TX inspection next fall.
