A friend stopped over and helped me lift the first battery into place! 1/12 of the way there.

From 2 to 5 PM. The goal is to drop in most of the batteries and start wiring! This is a good team activity. I’d also like to plan out my control board.

This morning I realized that I had put the L support for the axle on the wrong side of the vertical support. This is the closest tolerance fit that I’ve got and it has to be right or the transmission will leak fluid. For good measure, I added 2 washers between the parts to ensure a tight fit.
